How to get a BREAKTHROUGH when your PRAYERS seem to hit a wall

Over and over God ask us to PRAISE him in the bible.  Grumbling, mumbling and complaining is the opposite of praising.    Psalm 150:1 Praise the LORD. Praise God in his sanctuary; praise him in his mighty heavens.  Psalm 69:30 I will praise the name of God with a song and will magnify him with praises.   When we praise God we are creating an atmosphere around us, and atmosphere that God and the angelic host can dwell in.  Psalms 22:3 says that God inhabits the praises of his people.  You have to understand that the words of our mouth create an atmosphere around us.  What kind of atmosphere are we creating when we grumble and complain?  To grumble and complain is to create an atmosphere for the devil and the principalities of the enemy!

When someone speaks against you, or spreads rumors about you it creates a storm in your life.  Those words have impact and can affect you mentally, emotionally, even physically.  But how many times do we create our OWN STORM?  Whenever you grumble, mumble and complain and say bad things about your life  you are the one creating the storm over your own life!   God so desires us to praise him because that allows him to draw close to us.  The enemy wants us to grumble and complain because that allows him to draw close to us.   The enemy likes to spend time with people everyday.  He invites himself into your home and brings along his friends, depression, self pity, condemnation and anger, bitterness...Once you begin to praise the LORD, the enemy begins to flee, and the presence of God will come.

Sometimes it seems like there is a closed heaven above us when we pray.  As if our prayers bounce off the ceiling and comes right back at us.   Often the problem is that we spend the day grumbling, mumbling, ranting and raving and the enemy comes and clouds up the atmosphere.  Then when we go to pray we have to fight through all the discouragement and the demons in the atmosphere, it is like our prayers hit a block wall and bounce back.   When we live a life of praising God, the presence of God and the angels are in the atmosphere around us through out the day.  It is then that we will break forth into spontaneous spirit filled Holy Ghost prayer that  breaks through the heavens.  When the heavens above you are brass, it's time to PRAISE THE LORD, and in time as the atmosphere changes, you will get  your BREAK THROUGH!

The world tells us that we can only be 'happy enough' to praise when things are going well, or when we are in a good mood.  The world seems to think that humans have to have a reason to praise.   No matter what we are going through we have a reason to praise.  God is so good, and we can praise Him just for who He is because HE is worthy.  If we would just understand that we were created to praise him, so if we do not praise him, and we choose to grumble and complain we are only destroying ourselves with our own attitude.

ARE YOU READY to praise the LORD?  Let everything that hath breathe PRAISE THE LORD!
