Everything Will Be Shaken

Our lives can be shaken.  God cannot be shaken.  The earth can be shaken.  God cannot be shaken.  The governments of this world can be shaken.  God cannot be shaken.

Hebrews 12:28  Therefore, since we are receiving a kingdom which cannot be shaken, let us have grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear. 29 For our God is a consuming fire.

The KINGDOM cannot be shaken.  We put our faith in our homes, but this can be shaken.  We put our faith in our jobs, but this can be shaken.  We put our faith in the economy, but this can be shaken.  We put our faith in our family, but this can be shaken, but the KINGDOM cannot be shaken.

Since the Kingdom cannot be shaken it means that God is never taken off guard by the things in our lives that are shaking.  When the economy is shaken, God is not shaken, and we can look to him and He will give us His strength.  When the our relationships are shaken,  God is not shaken, when we look to him, He brings us up out of our depression and anger.  There is nothing outside the Kingdom of God that is stable.

26 whose voice then shook the earth; but now He has promised, saying, “Yet once more I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.”  27 Now this, “Yet once more,” indicates the removal of those things that are being shaken, as of things that are made, that the things which cannot be shaken may remain.

Notice in this Scripture who does the shaking?  God says I shake not only the earth, but also heaven.   God is continually shaking things up.  What does he accomplish?  That everything that can be shaken is shaken and only that which cannot be shaken remains.

This means that you will never get ahead in life until your life is built upon the Kingdom of God.   Why because God is always shaking things up, so that everything that can be shaken will be shaken.

There is someone today and you are always saying that you can't get ahead because of all the things that come and break everything apart in your life.  You go two steps forward and get knocked three steps back.  You keep binding and rebuking the enemy, yet, nothing changes.   Much of the shaking we go through is God shaking this earth, so that everything that can be shaken is shaken.  What are you building your life on?  Are you putting things on this earth first in your life?  Do you put the things of this world as your time and money priority?  If so, the shaking is coming, and it will shake you to death when it comes.   Build upon the Kingdom, put God first with your time, money and priorities.  Then when the shaking comes, you are built upon a foundation that cannot be shaken.
