God's Creative Power Can Transform Your Life!

The Bible says that in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.   There is a creative quality within God.  God made us in HIS IMAGE.  Most of us have a creative side and when we are pulling out the best potential within us we are using the creative instincts within us. 

 

1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. ² The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

³ Then God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light. ⁴ And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. ⁵ God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day.

The Bible says the earth was without form, and void;  God took something that was without form and void and made something beautiful, productive, fruitful, lasting...a home for animals and man that he would also create.  It is possible to get so messed up in life that you become void, without direction, completely lost.  What can make your life beautiful again?  Productive once again? Fruitful and lasting?  You need a creative touch of the Master Builders hand.  If God can take this earth that was void, without form and make something out of it what can he do with your life?  The truth is God can make you a new creation! 

2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creation: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.

No matter what you life is like, no matter what your disadvantage, no matter what you challenge, no matter what your situation, no matter how long you have been a Christian, God can and will CREATE within you a brand NEW life.  Not necessarily new circumstances, but a new attitude.  A new love.  A new joy.  A new peace.  A new out look on life.  A new desire.  A new heart.  God can take your life just like it is and make you all BRAND new on the INSIDE.  All through the Bible God talks about making everything in your life NEW! 


Ezekiel 36:26
I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit in you; I will remove from you your heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh.
John 3:3
Jesus replied, "Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again."
Romans 6:4
We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

Christianity is more than just putting  your faith in God and choosing to live a better life.  God is able to touch your life, change your heart, change your desires, change your attitudes.  God is able to bring you from having a life that is void and without form and bringing it to a life of beauty and peace.  Are you ready for God to transform your life?  Pray this prayer with me.  Dear God.  I put my trust in you Son Jesus, the Messiah, Change my heart O God, and place your Spirit within me.   Bring me into  your kingdom.  amen.
